CEE Region Rents rising with limited supply
While demand for high-quality office space remains stable, record-low new construction has led to an unprecedentedly low supply across the CEE region’s six largest office markets: Prague, Warsaw, Budapest, Bucharest, Bratislava and Sofia. This is creating upward pressure on rents for modern and sustainable buildings while also increasing the need to modernise older office stock, according to the latest ‘CEE Offices 2026 Report’, published by Colliers.

Poland Nasdaq enters Infinity
Newmark Polska acted as broker to Nasdaq – a global technology and market infrastructure company powering capital markets worldwide – in securing a lease agreement for approximately 2,000 sqm in the Infinity building in central Wrocław.

Romania Foundever expands in Campus 6.3
Foundever, a global leader in customer experience solutions, has expanded its office space in Bucharest to 3,500 sqm, doubling its footprint within the Campus 6.3 office building. Cushman & Wakefield Echinox advised the company on the expansion transaction, having also been involved in the initial lease that marked Foundever’s entry into the building.

Hungary Hungary's office market returns
The outlook for the Budapest office market no longer depends solely on traditional real estate indicators. The direction of the sector's development will be determined by factors such as new supply, changes in the state's economic policy, and the medium-term impact of artificial intelligence on the labour market, according to a report by the Hungarian National Bank on the commercial real estate market.

Poland Four signings for B4B
Revetas Capital has announced the signing of four leases for space in the Bonarka for Business centre in Kraków. The total area of the leases comes to 5,700 sqm. Geotab has joined the tenants with a lease of 4,000 sqm, while KION and two others have renewed their contracts.

Poland Skyliner II topped
The topping-out ceremony has taken place at the Skyliner II construction site at Rondo Daszyńskiego in Warsaw, with the construction work having now reached the building's target height of 130m. The second tower of the complex is being developed by Karimpol Polska with Warbud acting as the general contractor. The final stage of the project has now begun with work on the façade, installations, and interior finishes.

Tesco Technology, the Tesco Group's technology centre, has relocated its Kraków offices to the Unity Center, taking up five floors of the building.. The company has also announced it is to hire another 150 personnel, bringing its Kraków workforce up to around 500 people.
