Poland Cushman & Wakefield take on Alchemia
Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed the exclusive leasing agent responsible for the Ferrum and Titanium towers within the Alchemia office complex in Gdańsk's Oliwa district. The buildings are owned by Polski Holding Nieruchomości.

Poland Five new tenants announced for Fuzja
The Fuzja complex on ul. Tymienieckiego in Łódź has leased retail and service space to five new tenants including to a new restaurant, a wine bar, a florist's, and a beauty salon. The openings are scheduled for April and May.

Poland Record-breaking annual take up in Kraków
According to the latest ‘Kraków Office Market 2025’ by Axi Immo, the Kraków office market closed 2025 with high demand and a clear division between central and non-central locations. According to Axi Immo, tenant activity reached 270,000 sqm, its highest ever recorded figure, while new supply came to just 10,000 sqm.

SB Software has renewed its 700 sqm office lease in the Black Pearl building in Szczecin, owned by Idea-Inwest.

Poland Sick moves into Campus
Industrial sensor manufacturer Sick has leased space in the Campus 160 office complex at Al. Jerozolimskie 160 in Warsaw. The company has leased over 800 sqm of office space as well as storage space in the underground car park. The landlord is Orange Polska.

An international chemical company, the anchor tenant of the Mogilska 43 Office building, has decided to extend its 5,000 sqm lease.

Hungary Alkotás Point under modernisation
The first stage of the modernisation of the Alkotás Point office building in Budapest has been completed. The property is part of the Torony fund portfolio, managed by Gránit Asset Management. The work included a technical upgrade of the building and the renovation of the common areas.

Poland Tenants stay on in Skyliner
Global fintech group Capital.com has extended its lease agreement until 2032 for 3,000 sqm of office space on the 32nd and 33rd floors of the Skyliner office building in Warsaw. Over the past 12 months, lease extension agreements for a total of nearly 12,000 sqm have been signed for space in the building developed by Karimpol. This equates to 100 pct tenant retention in the first tower of the complex.

Among Romania's regional office markets, Cluj-Napoca saw the largest amount of space leased, accounting for 43 pct of the total office space leased outside the capital, according to data published in a report by Fortim Trusted Advisors, an official alliance member of BNP Paribas Real Estate.

Residential developer Dom Development has extended its lease in the Metropolitan building on Plac Piłsudskiego in Warsaw and taken on additional space. The company’s lease will now comprise 4,000 sqm of office space.

Poland Il Tramonto 2.0 opens in West Gate
The Il Tramonto 2.0 restaurant has opened in the West Gate office building, part of the Globalworth portfolio. This is the brand's second Wrocław location. The 370 sqm restaurant is on the building's ground floor and has direct access to the street.

Ford Polska has extended its lease agreement until 2031 for nearly 1,200 sqm of office space in Warsaw's Diuna, part of the Syrena Real Estate portfolio. The company, as one of the first tenants of the complex, has been operating continuously at this location since February 2008.

Poland Mbank moves into Infinity
mBank has decided to relocate its largest corporate branch in Lower Silesia to the Infinity office building on ul. Legnicka in Wrocław. The bank's office will occupy nearly 1,300 sqm on the fourth floor of the building, owned by Avestus Real Estate and Alchemy Properties.
