Poland Market now entering Q4 peak
October marks the peak period of the office real estate market, according to Colliers. Data from the last decade clearly indicates that almost one-third of all office transactions are signed in the fourth quarter.

As of the end of September 2025, modern office space in Warsaw was stable at 6.24 mln sqm, representing a 6 pct increase compared to the end of 2020. Central zones account for 46 pct of the total supply, according to the latest Warsaw Office Market Report by Savills

Czech Republic Allegro to move to Danube House
Allegro has announced it is to relocate its Prague offices from the Holešovice district to the Danube House building. The building, which is part of the Riverside Karlín complex, is currently undergoing a major renovation.

First building commercialised in Airport City Gdańsk
Dekpol Deweloper has leased over 970 sqm in the Alpha office building, which is currently under construction as the first building of the Airport City Gdańsk complex. The tenant is scheduled to move in in January 2026. The building is now fully commercialised.

Germany Berlin Hyp gains new HQ
Berlin Hyp has completed construction of its new headquarters in Berlin. The B-One office building will house all of the bank's Berlin employees as well as those of its owner LBBW. The 45m building has 13 storeys and around 19,000 sqm of usable space.

The Federal Agency for Real Estate (BImA) has extended its lease for 8,000 sqm of office space at Behlertstrasse 3A in Potsdam with Sonar Real Estate.

Poland Skyliner II shooting up
The construction of the second phase of the Skyliner office complex in Warsaw, owned by the Karimpol Group, has reached the halfway point. At a height of 65 metres, the walls of the 15th floor are currently being built, which means that the structure has reached half of its target height. All construction work is scheduled to be completed by the end of Q4 2026.

Poland Grant Thornton to move into the Bridge
Grant Thornton, a global auditing and advisory firm, has joined the tenants in The Bridge – Ghelamco's newest Warsaw development. The company will occupy nearly 2,400 sqm of office space on the 17th and 18th floors.
