Poland Stable office market performance for year
The Polish office market' performance over the past 12 months has been similar to 2024. However, significant changes are expected over the coming year, with low supply forcing tenants to compete for the best offices, states JLL in its latest report

Poland More space leased in Oxygen Park
ITPunkt has joined the tenants of Warsaw's Oxygen Park office complex, taking up 460 sqm while Paszkiewicz Firma Budowlana, has expanded its area leased to 300 sqm.

Poland Soho by Yareal reaches final stage
The fifth and final stage of the mixed-use Soho by Yareal project, currently under construction in Warsaw's Kamionek district, will comprise the construction of new buildings, the renovation of existing buildings and the complete restoration of the only listed building.

Krakowskie Zakłady Automatyki (Kraków Automation Works) has extended its lease for space in Equal Business Park. The tenant has kept an office in Building A since 2016.

Serviced office provider Shuffle Offices has opened a new location in Kraków. The new offices at 17a ul. Długa are in a four-storey building with a total area of around 2,030 sqm.

Czech Republic Aeven comes to Port7
Danish technology company Aeven has moved into the Port7 office building in the Holešovice district with a lease of 1,500 sqm. The new offices were developed using a project-and-build model by Colliers.

CPI Property Group is expanding its myoffice serviced offices to the myhive Crown Tower building in Warsaw, with 97 workstations opening in December.

Poland Xoog chooses Ambassador
Licensed electricity supplier, XOOG Operator is moving into the Warsaw's Ambassador Office Building in Warsaw, owned by the Hines Poland Sustainable Income Fund, with a lease of 600 sqm as well as six parking spaces.

Maersk Global Service Center has opened a new office in the Office House building, in the Towarowa22 complex. The company has taken up over 3,700 sqm of space.

Poland Rohlig stays in Bolero Office Point 1
Logistics operator Rohlig SUUS Logistics has extended its lease for 2,000 sqm of office space in Warsaw's Bolero Office Point 1 building. The property is part of Real Management's portfolio.

Poland Supply constrained but rents stable
Poland’s regional city office markets remained broadly stable in the third quarter of 2025, though new supply continued to be tightly constrained. Developers remain cautious, while tenants are focused on lease renegotiations and optimising their office footprints, according to 'Review: Office Market. Regional Cities,' the latest report from BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland.

Romania Sanofi moves to Equilibrium 2
Pharmaceuticals producer Sanofi Romania is to relocate its head office to Equilibrium 2, a building developed by Skanska in Bucharest. The tenant is to occupy the 9th floor of the building from June 2026.

Poland Police HQ in Lipowy Park
Futureal Investment Partners has leased an entire building in the Lipowy Park complex to the Police. The new Police Headquarters will have an area of around 10,000 sqm with the transaction being the largest relocation in the Warsaw office market in 2025.

Hungary Reception of CityZen remodelled
The first stage of the refurbishment of the CityZen office building in Budapest has been completed. All three reception areas have been fully redesigned. Additionally, data centre services provider Etalon-Informatika has signed a lease for 700 sqm and will move in in 2026.

Poland Lafrentz Polska to move to Pixel
Engineering consultancy Lafrentz Polska Group has signed a lease with GTC for 1,600 sqm in the Pixel building in Poznań and will relocate its headquarters next year.

Poland two tenants stay on in Konstruktorska
Sports channel Kanał Sportowy and Zdrofit fitness club are extending their leases for space in the Konstruktorska Business Center office building in Warsaw. Kanał Sportowy is to continue to occupy over 500 sqm, and Zdrofit will occupy 1,000 sqm.

Germany One now full
CA Immo has leased the last remaining offices in the One building in Frankfurt to law firm Kallan Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft and TMF Deutschland, who now occupy 800 sqm and 830 sqm respectively.

Poland Aon stays for longer
Aon has extended its lease agreement for office space in Warsaw's Skyliner for another five years. The company first moved into the building owned by Karimpol Polska at the end of 2022 with a lease of 1,500 sqm.

Poland Office investment set to reach 1.4 bln
Investment in the office market is accelerating with EUR 474 mln in deals signed over Q3, according to the latest figures from Cushman & Wakefield. The total volume is projected to reach as much as EUR 1.4 billion by the end of the year.
