The trading of WeWork's shares on Wall Street was suspended today, following the coworking operator's filing for financial reorganisation (Chapter 11). For several days, the global media has been reporting on the increasing problems faced by the chain and, according to some sources, a bankruptcy petition for WeWork is to be filed this week.

Cavatina is to begin consultations related to a mixed-use project at ul. Chmielna 75 in Warsaw. In Bucharest the interest of office tenants was much higher for contract extensions than for new spaces in Q3 2023. The companies traded a total area of 158,900 sqm, of which 104,000 sqm were extensions and 51,900 sqm leases of new spaces, according to the analysis made by Fortim Trusted Advisors, member of the BNP Paribas Real Estate Alliance.
