Laboratoires Théa, a company from the ophthalmology industry, has leased 1,000 sqm on the first floor of the Lixa C office building in Warsaw. The building is owned by Yareal Polska.

Poland Little space to find in Warsaw
The Warsaw office market is entering a phase of significant space shortage, particularly in central locations. By the end of 2025, the vacancy rate had fallen to 9.1 pct, and in the city centre, only about 5-6 pct of space remains available, according to the latest data from CBRE.

A large residential and commercial complex will be built on the corner of al. Kobylińskiego and ul. Bielska in Płock. The centre is being developed by a local businessman and complies with the principles of a 15-minute city.

First CLT building constructed in Poland
The first office building in Poland constructed using cross-laminated timber (CLT) has been completed. The building is the new Polish head office of Sylva, part of the French Piveteaubois group and is located in Wiele in Pomerania.
