Croda Poland, a company that supplies specialist chemicals for the production of medicines, cosmetics and household chemicals will lease over 510 sqm in the Unity Square One building.

Slovenia Vilharia 75 pct commercialised
The tenants of the Vilharia office building in Ljubljana have been joined by the Delavska Hranilnica bank while accounting and consulting company LeitnerLeitner has also leased space in the development. The project is now 75 pct commercialised.

Europe Office sizes growing
Around 40 pct of office building occupiers require employees to work from the office 2 or 3 days per week, while 1 in 8 tenants is planning to expand its office footprint. These are among the key findings of the “What Occupiers Want 2025” report, based on a global survey conducted by the Cushman & Wakefield real estate consultancy company.

Golden Star has announced three new tenants for its Oxygen Park centre in Warsaw’s Włochy district. In total, Trane Poland, Hamelin Polska and E-Xim IT have taken up a combined area of 1,700 sqm under long-term leases.

Czech Republic Colliers lays out the perfect office
Although many companies have announced the return of employees to the office and are striving to achieve full occupancy, findings from Colliers’ latest survey show that ideal working environments have occupancy rates between 50 pct and 80 pct. This is the range where an office becomes a vibrant workspace, offering ideal conditions for spontaneous collaboration.

Poland Pharma grows in Warsaw’s office scene
The pharmaceutical sector now plays a major role in Warsaw’s office market, according to the 'Zoom in On the Pharma Sector' report by Cushman & Wakefield. Companies from this industry currently occupy app. 172,000 sqm of office space in the city, making them the sixth-largest group of office occupiers in Warsaw in recent years.
