Mondelēz International has extended its lease with Trigranit for nearly 4,000 sqm of office space in the Signum Work Station complex in Warsaw's Mokotów district. Mondelēz Europe Services will remain in the building until 2032.

The European Border and Coast Guard Agency has decided to extend its lease for nearly 21,500 sqm of space in CA Immo's Warsaw Spire B building. The largest tenant in the company's Polish portfolio will remain in the Warsaw complex for another three years.

According to Cushman & Wakefield's latest report, 'Focus on Warsaw East: The City's Hidden Potential,' the districts on the eastern side of the Vistula are becoming one of the hottest development areas in the city.

Poland Rents rising in Warsaw
The Warsaw office market entered 2026 with a shortage of modern space. Although over 40,000 sqm of new and modernised offices entered the market in the first quarter, according to JLL this was only a short-term boost. In the coming months, the market will experience a near-complete slowdown in new supply, which will further fuel rent rises.

Latvia Two sales for Eastnine
Eastnine has signed an agreed to sell two properties in Riga, for EUR 38 mln, which corresponds to their book value. The buyer is Indexo Real Estate Fund, managed by Provendi Asset Management.

Poland Nowy Rynek now a certified shelter
Nowy Rynek C in Poznań, developed by Skanska Commercial Development Europe, is the first office building in Poland certified to be in compliance with the requirements for a Category 1 protective concealment structure. The assessment was conducted by a team from the Military University of Technology.

Romania Bucharest sees low fit-out costs
The average total office fit-out costs in Bucharest slightly increased in 2025 to EUR 1,077/sqm, according to data from the Cushman & Wakefield Echinox real estate consultancy company, based on the EMEA Fit-Out Cost Guide 2026. However, Bucharest remains one of the most affordable markets in Central and Eastern Europe, with fit-out costs 18 pct and 15 pct lower than in Warsaw and Prague, respectively.
