Germany Timber Factory is set for construction
Timber Factory – the building complex by UBM Development and ARE Austrian Real Estate – will be Munich’s first commercial campus in a timber hybrid design, with approx. 59,500 sqm of GFA. Building is scheduled to begin in the Q3 of 2025.

Poland The law firm SPCG has chosen Infinity
The law firm of attorneys and legal advisers Studnicki, Płeszka, Ćwiąkalski, Górski has joined the group of tenants in Wrocław's Infinity office building. The firm has leased over 350 sqm of space. The opening of the new branch of the SPCG law firm is scheduled for August 2025.

Poland Atlas Ward is responsible for the redevelopment of V Tower
Atlas Ward appointed as general contractor for the redevelopment of V Tower. The green modernization of the office building at ul. Chmielna in Warsaw has entered its decisive phase. The work began in January and is scheduled to be completed by the end of August.

Poland PFR is staying in Cedet
Companies from the PFR group, including Kuke, remain tenants of Cedet in Warsaw. The companies use a total of 9,500 sqm in the office building.

Grupa Transportowa has joined the group of tenants of Oxygen Park. The new Warsaw branch of the company is located in nearly 200 sqm of office space on the ground floor of Building B.

The Matarnia Office Park office complex in Gdańsk has been fully leased. The two buildings together offer more than 5,000 sqm of space. The facility belongs to the Domesta company, which is part of the Inpro capital group.

The Polish branch of one of the leaders in the aviation industry will move to the Łódź office building Imagine, developed by Avestus Real Estate. The company has leased over 1,600 sqm of space on the fourth floor of Building A.

The Irish Embassy in Poland will remain in its current location in the Liberty Corner building in the centre of Warsaw for the next ten years. The diplomatic post has been based in the office building at ul. Mysia 5 since 2004.

Arla Global Shared Services – Arla GSS will move its local headquarters to the Punkt office building under construction in Gdańsk Wrzeszcz. The company has leased nearly 10,000 sqm of space, to which it will move in early 2026.

Jacobs Douwe Egberts has extended its lease in the Warsaw office building from the Syrena Real Estate portfolio. The company will continue leasing nearly 1,300 sqm of space within Diuna complex.

BNY, the global financial services provider, has moved its Polish office to the Centrum Południe building in Wrocław. The company has taken 20,000 sqm of space on 13 floors in the Skanska-owned facility.

Skanska has commenced construction on the second building of the H2Offices complex in Budapest. The eight-story structure will offer about 22,000 sqm of leasable space.

Advisory firm Deloitte has decided to expand its office space at Wrocław's Renoma by more than 600 sqm. The building will become the company's sole office location in Lower Silesia.

Reckitt Benckiser has chosen to consolidate its group companies in Ghelamco's Vibe. The company leased about 8,000 sqm of office space, becoming the largest tenant in the building.

Poland The Form ready to welcome tenants
The Form office building, an investment developed by Lincoln Property Company in Warsaw's Wola district, has obtained a permit for use. The building located at the intersection of ul. Pańska and ul. Miedziana, offers over 30,900 sqm of space on nine storeys, including over 28,300 sqm of office space and 2,600 sqm of service and retail space on the ground floor.

Czech Republic New office construction accompanied by complications
According to a survey by Colliers, only one new office building was completed in Prague in Q3 2024. Vacancies increased slightly year-on-year to 8.1 pct and rents in the city centre reached approx. EUR 29 per sqm per month. Efforts to upgrade some older properties continue, either on an ongoing basis or by temporarily taking them off the market.
