Poland Getinge settles in Enterprise Park
Getinge, a provider of innovative medical solutions, has joined the tenants of Kraków's Enterprise Park office complex. The company has leased more than 1,900 sqm of office space on the third floor of Building D. The tenant will move into its new premises in March.

Poland Office development activity focuses on the central areas
The year 2024 saw a period of stabilisation in the Warsaw office market, with an increasing concentration of new supply in the city centre and a high proportion of lease renegotiations. Key market drivers in 2025 will include the limited availability of large office spaces, the growing importance of ESG criteria, and the continued expansion of flexible office solutions, according to Axi Immo's latest market report, Office Market in Warsaw 2024.

Poland Arup stays in Korona
GTC has extended its lease agreement with Arup, an engineering and consulting firm. The company also carried out an renovation of the leased space in Kraków's Korona Office Complex.

Alior Bank will move its Warsaw headquarters and Kraków office to new locations. The company will occupy spaces in Varso Place and Ocean Office Park B.

Germany Silverton lets office space in Meerbusch
The Silverton Group has agreed to a long-term lease of around 950 sqm of office space in the property near Düsseldorf to Gel Express Logistik. The office building at Otto-Hahn-Strasse in Meerbusch provides a total lettable area of around 3,100 sqm.

Germany CMS law firm stays with Patrizia
Law firm CMS has renewed its lease for 10 years for 10,200 sqm of office space at MainTor Panorama building in Frankfurt.

Poland The Warsaw Court of Appeal chooses Wola Center
The occupancy level of Wola Center has reached 90 per cent. The latest contract for the lease of 2,000 sqm was concluded by Hines with the Warsaw Court of Appeal. In addition to office space, the long-term contract includes parking spaces.

Germany Timber Factory is set for construction
Timber Factory – the building complex by UBM Development and ARE Austrian Real Estate – will be Munich’s first commercial campus in a timber hybrid design, with approx. 59,500 sqm of GFA. Building is scheduled to begin in the Q3 of 2025.

Poland The law firm SPCG has chosen Infinity
The law firm of attorneys and legal advisers Studnicki, Płeszka, Ćwiąkalski, Górski has joined the group of tenants in Wrocław's Infinity office building. The firm has leased over 350 sqm of space. The opening of the new branch of the SPCG law firm is scheduled for August 2025.

Poland Atlas Ward is responsible for the redevelopment of V Tower
Atlas Ward appointed as general contractor for the redevelopment of V Tower. The green modernization of the office building at ul. Chmielna in Warsaw has entered its decisive phase. The work began in January and is scheduled to be completed by the end of August.

Companies from the PFR group, including Kuke, remain tenants of Cedet in Warsaw. The companies use a total of 9,500 sqm in the office building.

The Matarnia Office Park office complex in Gdańsk has been fully leased. The two buildings together offer more than 5,000 sqm of space. The facility belongs to the Domesta company, which is part of the Inpro capital group.

The Polish branch of one of the leaders in the aviation industry will move to the Łódź office building Imagine, developed by Avestus Real Estate. The company has leased over 1,600 sqm of space on the fourth floor of Building A.
