Poland Hoerbiger to move to SOHO

The fit-out and all interior works will be carried out by the architectural studio Deer Design. The tenant has signed a 10-year lease agreement.

We are delighted to have concluded our first office lease agreement for space in SOHO by Yareal. The addition of such a renowned global company as Hoerbiger to our tenant mix demonstrates that SOHO is not only an excellent place to live, enjoy culinary experiences, and access a wide range of services, but also a strong location for business development and offices. The relocation of this tenant from Warsaw’s city centre confirms that Praga-Południe can successfully compete with the city’s central districts as an attractive office location.

Designed by HRA Architekci, SOHO by Yareal is a mixed-use centre that has been awarded the BREEAM Communities certificate. The development integrates former industrial buildings with contemporary architecture, creating an open and vibrant space that harmoniously complements the character of the district’s surrounding architecture.

At the end of last year, construction of the final residential section of SOHO by Yareal was completed, comprising two premium-standard residential buildings (SOHO 10 and SOHO 12) and the NEFRYT apartment building. As a result, the residential component of the complex comprises 10 multi-family buildings and 870 apartments.

In total, more than 11,300 sqm of retail and service space has been planned across several dozen units within the development. Tenants already include Baken, Waszyngton x SOHO, Green Caffè Nero, Przystanek Piekarnia, Ramenownia, Carrefour, Hebe, Bawiarnia OHO, Słoneczna Kraina Kindergarten, OSSKA Design showroom, BABA Body & Social Club, Flower Bar florist, various beauty outlets, and the AurelVia Non-Public Psychological and Pedagogical Counselling Centre.
