CZECH REPUBLIC The volume of shared office space in Prague is to grow by 66 pct this year, according to Cushman & Wakefield.
1,600 sqm leased in Divatcsarnok
HUNGARY Non profit organisation Tulipán Tündér Produkciós has moved into Párisi Nagyáruház in Budapest with a lease of 1,600 sqm, which it is to use as exhibition space. JLL represented the landlord, Divatcsarnok Projekt.

Immobel to build Central Point

Millennium still in Harmony
POLAND Bank Millennium has prolonged its 7,500 sqm lease in one of the buildings of the Harmony Office Center second stage on ul. Żaryna in Warsaw’s Mokotów district until 2030. Knight Frank represented Spanish investment fund Azora Europa, which owns the building, while Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.
