LITHUANIA Baltic Horizon Fund has announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire the Duetto I office building in Vilnius for EUR 14.6 mln (excluding VAT) from YIT Kausta būstas with the seller having issued a guarantee of the property’s income for a period of two years.

Fujitsu will move to Nowa Fabryczna
POLAND Fujitsu will open a new office in the Nowa Fabryczna office building, where it has leased 6,200 sqm of office space. So far, Fujitsu has been operating in Warsaw and two other locations in Łódź, where it launched its global services centre (Łódź Global Delivery Center – GDC), and financial shared services centre (Finance Services). The financial center will be relocated soon from Textorial Park to the new address.

The ATM giant will move to GBC
POLAND Mid-2017 will see Euronet Polska moving its headquarters to Gdanski Business Center, the office complex developed by HB Reavis at the border of the Warsaw districts of Śródmieście and Żoliborz. The company will occupy nearly 3,380 sq m, one of the largest office leases signed in Warsaw so far this year.
