LITHUANIA UK bank Barclays has leased a 550 sqm startup partnering space for its Rise Vilnius financial technology (Fin Tech) incubator at the Vilniaus Vartai business centre in the centre of the Lithuanian capital. The area is divided into over 50 working spaces and a conference hall.

PwC expands
POLAND Global consultancy PwC has extended its lease in the Silesia Business Park on ul. Chorzowska in Katowice by over 2,000 sqm to take up a total of 9,200 sqm and, as a result of the latest transaction, the building is now fully leased.
