POLAND Eight entities of French advertising giant Publicis Groupe have prolongued their leases in Platinium Business Park in Warsaw’s Mokotów district, while increasing the space they occupy from 12,167 sqm to app. 14,000 sqm.
POLAND In the last three quarters Deka Immobilien finalised almost twenty lease contracts for more than 11,000 sqm, with both new and existing tenants in buildings. Deka Immobilien was represented by Knight Frank for these transactions.
POLAND The CEZ Group has extended its lease agreement at the Lipiński Passage in downtown Warsaw. The Czech Republic-based power and heat provider CEZ Group has extended its lease agreement at the Lipiński Passage office building in downtown Warsaw and has leased an additional 236 sqm at the facility, which means the company now occupies a total of 639 sqm of office space in the location.

RUSSIA JLL has been appointed as the exclusive agent for the commercialisation and marketing of the CSKA Arena business complex, which is soon to form part of CSKA Moscow Stadium.

POLAND Skanska is planning to develop a new office building in Gdańsk's business district, at ul. Grunwaldzka 343-345, opposite the University of Gdańsk campus. It is to be Skanska office unit's first investment in the TriCity. The developer has already acquired a 0.9 ha plot, formerly occupied by Centrostal.
POLAND The vacancy ratio on the Warsaw office market is to stay at 15-16 pct during the second half of the year, according to the latest Marketview report by CBRE. The agency expects that the market will grow in total by 454,500 sqm in 30 new buildings by the end of the year.

POLAND Skanska Property Poland is already building the ground floor of its latest office project in Wrocław.
POLAND Cathay Pacific, the flag carrier of Hong Kong, has leased 1,500 sqm in the Aleja Pokoju 5 office building in Kraków’s CBD. The tenant will open the fourth hub of its Global Contact Centre network in the new premises.
POLAND According to Knight Frank, nearly 40 pct of Warsaw vacancies are in office buildings located in a central location. This is the effect of an oversupply provided by developers in the city centre, the Żoliborz district and along Al. Jerozolimskie.

POLAND Transcom, a supplier of customer service outsourcing, has chosen the Świętojańska Office Building for its new service centre in Białystok. The company has leased an area of 930 sqm on the third floor of the office building. JLL represented Transcom in the process of searching the new area and negotiating contract conditions.

POLAND With the lowest vacancy (6 pct), largest volume (832,900 sqm), strongest leasing activity in H1 (110,000 sqm) and the strongest new supply (66,500 sqm), Kraków presents itself as the most robust regional office market (major cities excluding Warsaw) – according to data published by Polish Office Research Forum (PORF).
