ESTONIA The net sales of Technopolis Ülemiste, the company developing of the Ülemiste City campus in Tallinn, came to EUR 11 mln in 2015 and its Its net profit was EUR 6.5 mln. The company's equity had increased to EUR 51 mln by the end of this period.

IT companies most active tenants in Prague
CZECH REPUBLIC Companies from the IT sector and business service centres were the most active tenants on the Prague office market last year, according to JLL. They were responsible for 31 pct of net take-up, that is 84,000 sqm of the leased space.
