Bucharest Centenary Project unveiled
ROMANIA The city of Bucharest is planning the redevelopment of the former Antiaeriană military base within sector 5 of the city. The 95.6 ha site is entirely owned by the sector 5 city authorites and a masterplan has been drawn up for the development of 1.5 mln sqm of space.

POLAND Coworking space operator Regus, which is a brand of IWG has increased the size of its lease in the Centrum Marszałkowska building at the junction of ul. Marszałkowska and ul. Świętokrzyska in Warsaw and will take up an extra 1,800 sqm, which will bring the total size of its offices up to 6,000 sqm.

40,000 sqm for MBank
POLAND MBank has signed a 40,000 sqm lease with developer Golub GetHouse and is to move its headquarters to Mennica Legacy Tower, which is being constructed at the intersection of ul. Prosta and ul. Żelazna in Warsaw. This could be the largest ever office lease signed in Poland.
