Echo starts digging up Fuzja
POLAND The ground has been broken to mark the start of the Fuzja mixed-use project, which is being developed by Echo Investment on the site of a former cotton mill built by Karol Scheibler at ul. Tymienieckiego in Łódź.
Warsaw waiting for the big supply
POLAND Three office buildings a total of 20,000 sqm were completed in Q1 2019 in Warsaw, according to JLL. About 750,000 sqm of space is currently under construction. Tenant activity is expected to grow, and the market is waiting for large projects to be completed.
