Xplan, a company which specializes in providing fit-out services , has opened its two new offices. The first of them, which serves as the company’s headquarters, is located in the Concept Tower office building in Warsaw, where the colorful office takes up app. 300 sqm of space. “We wanted our head office to reflect our core values. We complemented toned interiors with wild, vibrant décor and creative furniture. All our visitors and employees are delighted with the bar stools we put in the reception area: they resemble children’s rocking horses and bring up memories. We have also created a few places where the client meetings can take place. However, we have equally put a strong focus on creating the relaxing space for our employees. We have set up a large kitchen space, where people can eat meals, but also chill out on a comfortable sofa,” said Zuzanna Wiak, marketing and development manager at Xplan. The office’s predominant décor colours are lively, which correlates with the company’s logo. Vibrant tones also dominate Xplan’s Gdańsk office. Located in the Hines Poland-developed Neptun Office Center building, the Tri-City office takes 100 sqm of space on the project’s fourth floor.
