Open Day in Błękitny Tower

A model office in the Błękitny Tower in Warsaw has opened. It will serve as both a prototypical office for the building’s prospective tenants as well as the headquarters for Błękitny Tower’s owner, First Property Poland. The 500 sqm Class A office is located on the eleventh floor of the building. It is comprised of an open space area, private rooms, social and kitchen space and a fitness room. Located by the Ratusz Arsenał metro station at the junction of ul. Marszałkowska and Al. Solidarności, Błękitny Tower is currently undergoing the modernization. As part of the process, the building’s lobby and reception areas are being revamped. Recently, the property has also signed some new tenants, including Rossmann, Sphinx and Costa Coffee. Now the project is scheduled to undergo further improvements.
