Triuva's 10th anniversary in Poland

What a wonderful world

On a Thursday evening a month before Christmas, the world of  Polish real estate came together to wish Triuva happy birthday on the 10th anniversary of its operations in Poland.

”I  see trees of green, red roses too. I see them bloom, for me and you,” were the first words sung by the band led by Krzysztof Kiljański at the party to celebrate Triuva’s tenth anniversary in Poland. And indeed it did seem like a wonderful world, with the great and the good of Poland’s real estate market in high spirits due to the currently booming market across the entire CEE region. The event itself, which took place on November 17th, was held in what can only be described as a most remarkable location, underneath the Royal Palace in Warsaw’s picturesque Old Town. And not just that, but under the vaulted ceilings of the arcades designed by Jakub Kubicki. This seemed a most fitting venue for a company that values buildings of historic value, owning properties such as Le Palais on ul. Próżna in its portfolio. After the band stopped playing, TV presenter Agata Konarska and Jacek Brzozowski, the director of the Polish branch of Triuva, took to the stage to welcome the guests. Then Wenzel Hoberg, the CEO of Triuva stood up. Wenzel bashfully admitted to being a mere rookie, having only been in his present post since the beginning of the year, but already he was impressed by the results of his Polish team. With the formal introductions over, the party could really begin. The wine flowed, the food, which went beyond delicious, was served, and market gossip was shared. Jacek Brzozowski later returned to present Triuva’s full portfolio, which features such buildings as Chmielna 25, Royal Trakt Offices, G9, Norway House, M10 and Nowogrodzka 21. Some of you might wonder how Triuva has been on the Polish market for ten years. In reality IVG Institutional Funds, as many of you know, was rebranded under the name Triuva. Once again the band struck up and the guests were left to the serious business of partying. But the formalities were not over yet. Towards the end of the evening, Triuva’s Polish team of Jacek Brzozowski himself and three key women (Alicja Gieros, Monika Oruba and Małgorzata Federowicz) took to the stage and the cake with four blazing firework candles (well, don’t we all lie about our age?) was wheeled out, cut up and the pieces handed out to the guests. More gossip, more backroom dealing and more wine followed – and then came the time for the hardcore dancers to take to the floor and ignore the fact that the next day it would be back to the office. Classic hits were played for the guests to strut their stuff to with a flute or saxophone (it was the same musician on both instruments). Overall it was a most remarkable evening of merriment. Happy birthday Triuva!
