Dom Development is about to start the II stage of the small and cosy Wille Laguna estate in Ursynów on ul. Pulawska and ul. Jagielska. 85 houses were constructed in the first stage and a further 24 in the next stage. The plot is not, however, covered by a spatial development plan.

Darek Karbowniczak of Ober-House sums up the present situation: “Many investors approach us, interested in buying land for single-family construction. At the moment these are only discussions, identifying possibilities and not specific decisions to start any developments. This segment of the market will get off the ground in Warsaw and its suburbs within one or two years. But the home market in regional cities is still some 10 years behind that of Warsaw.”
