CrÝme de la crÝme

 It was quite apt that the acronym of the name Conference for Real Estate Asset Management is CREAM. This pioneering event for the AM market assembled the leading names in the industry, who were able – for the first time – to meet each other at a conference of their very own.

Rhys Jones, Celtic Asset Management’s managing director, suggested specific methods for increasing the value of buildings; while ways to manage and minimise risks in AM were engagingly described by Remigiusz Królikowski, an asset manager for Quinlan Private Golub.

a great deal of important information had been exchanged, both by the speakers and through unofficial discussions, which also led to new and valuable acquaintances being established. Everyone present expressed the desire to participate in next year’s CREAM conference – to which we also invite anyone with an interest in this field.
