The first integration meeting of the Polish real estate market at the Mrongovia Hotel, Mrągowo from June 21st–23rd was a successful event. Organized by ‘Eurobuild Poland’, it uniquely combined the conference and exhibition with sports events and entertainment.
The lectures and lively discussions at this event were devoted to the state of the commercial and housing properties market, during which those present were able to study current trends and forecasts for these sectors. The participants were mainly made up of investors, general contractors, developers, architects, together with property managers, producers of materials and systems used in construction, as well as representatives of specialist societies and organizations. A considerable number of managers of consulting and project management companies, as well as legal offices and financial institutions also accepted Eurobuild’s invitation.
The conference started with an evening business mixer during which contacts could be renewed with old acquaintances and new friendships made. The following morning, the participants met in the conference room to take part in first the panel which was on commercial investments.
The First Eurobuild Poland Tennis Tournament began after the lunch break, supervised by WinWin Consulting. Twelve competitors slugged it out in a sweltering heat wave, but to the accompaniment of wild cheers from the crowd. The final matches were underway when an electric storm broke, with a torrential downpour forcing the organizer to break off the thrilling encounters and evacuate the courts at the double. The best players gave yet another display – this time of their desire to reach a compromise – with the final decision being that two equal first prizes would go to Krzysztof Kałuża (Tebodin SAP-Projekt) and Michał Kosyrz (RedNet Property Group). Equal second places went to Grzegorz Pytkowski (Coldwell Banker) and Wojciech Tarapacz (Probuild).
The prizes were presented during the evening Open Air KONE Party. The event was held in a country pub on the banks of Czos lake and involved many attractions and surprises. Dozens of prizes from WinWin Consulting, KONE, Bonair and Eurobuild Poland were given out in a lottery. All those present were offered the opportunity to experience an intensive country dancing course and to try to tame wild mustangs. On top of this, it was discovered that ‘Elvis lives’ and that “everyone can dance”. The fun went on till daybreak.
