New mixed-use building for the centre of Warsaw
Developers Rondo ONZ Project Development are behind plans to deliver a new
forty-storey mixed-use complex to the centre of Warsaw, on the corner of ul.
Jana Pawła 2 and ul. Świętokrźyka. The EUR 200 mln complex, Rondo 1,
construction of which is to begin this month and be complete thirty months from
then, will consist of a tower of 58,000 sqm of office space and another section
of around 3,000 sqm of retail and services space.
Designed by architects Skidmore, Owings and Merrill from the UK and the firm AZO
based in Warsaw, Cushman & Wakefield H&B will act as leasing agents for
the building. A general constructor has yet to be appointed.

Hochtief Project Development's Rondo 1 is not the only building which will
spring up in the vicinity of Rondo ONZ in Warsaw, as Skanska Property Poland are
