Work close to completion at KBP 100 Pia Piasecki Inwestycje, developer of the Kraków Business Park in Krakow, southern Poland, has announced that the first building in the complex, KBP 100, is almost complete. Work on the main structure has been finished, as well as work on the facades. KBP 100 is a 4-storey office building with 9,425 sqm of leasable space. The Polished Group, member of Prokom Software, has already leased half of the space available. Port Praski still looking for investor Port Praski, an attractive plot of land located on the right bank of the Wisła River, is still looking for an investor. Elektrim, the sites owner, informed us that negotiations with several interested companies are currently in progress. Port Praski comprises c.42 hectares of which c.28 hectares are being offered for development. The rest of the site contains so called green areas.
