CEE REGION Panattoni Europe has built a 123,300 sqm warehouse building for Leroy Merlin, the largest such building in Poland.
The BREEAM certified development is in the village of Piątek 32 km north of Łódź and was built by general contractor Kajima Europe. The warehouse itself has 132 docks and six ground-level drive-in gates as well as 2,400 sqm of office space. Panattoni has also recently delivered one of the largest production building it has ever built: a dishwasher factory for BSH Sprzęt Gospodarstwa Domowego. The 57,000 sqm building was built within ten months and comprises 47,400 sqm of production space and 9,500 sqm of office and social space.
In the Czech Republic Panattoni in partnership with AEW’s Logistis fund has completed a 22,900 sqm warehouse for ViaPharma in Panattoni Park Prague Airport II west of Prague.
