Data centres are not the new warehouses

Poland’s development site market is still attracting investors, with plot prices remaining high. However, as Aleksandra Wołodźko (the CEO of Polish land advisory Greenfields) and Ewelina Wojciechowska (the data centre and green energy COO, Greenfields) argue, simply owning a plot is no guarantee of success – what matters is its proper preparation, understanding the procedures, and reacting quickly to regulatory changes.
