When I joined Cushman, the company had around 150 people; today we have 480. The range of services has also expanded significantly – new advisory, technical and consulting areas have appeared. Our approach to projects has become more comprehensive and multidisciplinary, and our organisational culture has evolved towards greater collaboration and a stronger client focus rather than concentrating solely on our own business line.
