Signum Work Station in Warsaw’s Mokotów district is one of TriGranit’s latest remodelling projects. What was your general approach to this?
Marta Zawadzka, head of leasing and asset management, TriGranit: Signum Work Station is a unique project, as we took it over after a refurbishment carried out by the previous owner. Our focus was on the technical aspects that are not immediately visible but nevertheless crucial for the tenants. We’re now completing the installation of a dual power supply system, which is now the standard in modern office buildings and a major step towards operational safety and stability. At the same time, we are signing contracts to be supplied by green energy from wind farms. From 2026, the entire building will be powered by renewable energy that is both more economical and environmentally friendly.
