What is your main business profile, and which markets do you operate in? Jaroslav Kysela, member of the board of directors, Investika: Investika is one of the largest independent investment management companies in the Czech Republic. We manage over CZK 30 bln for more than 100,000 clients, and our goal is simple – to make investing accessible to everyone, not just institutions or the wealthy. Our flagship product is the Investika Real Estate Fund, which is the largest non-bank real estate fund for retail investors in the Czech and Slovak markets. It owns more than fifty premium properties across five European countries: the Czech Republic, Poland, Croatia, Spain and, most recently, Austria. At the beginning of 2025, Investika jointly acquired Piastów Office Center in Szczecin. Why did you choose this particular location? Does this indicate that the company is now focusing more on markets outside the larger cities? Our goal is to have a presence in all major Polish cities. We
