Why is CPI Property Group now launching its first development in Poland – the LightOn office project in Warsaw?

We regularly analyse the potential of each property. In the case of the site at ul. Prosta 69, we recognised that this is the perfect moment to replace the existing building with a new, forward-looking office project. We expect a supply gap to appear in the Warsaw market towards the end of the decade, and want to anticipate tenants’ expectations by delivering a top-class office building at exactly the right time. We focus on assets that are resilient to economic cycles, and LightOn perfectly fits this approach.
Does this represent a change in strategy for CPIPG, away from acquisitions into develop
