Reaping the harvest of our efforts

Those attending the recent Expo Real fair in Munich, which is covered in this issue, certainly seemed, if not euphoric, then certainly quietly optimistic. The feature article on these pages is an interview with one of the most successful and well-known personalities in our local scene: Robert Dobrzycki, the CEO of Panattoni Europe, India and the Middle East, who tells us all about how he founded the company and its rise to the top, as well as his extra-curricular and charitable activities – which include recently becoming the majority owner of one of Poland’s top football clubs. In another article, some of the other main players in the region also take a look back on their careers and ask themselves what advice they would give their younger selves and anyone else who dreams of following in their footsteps.
