Above all, they refer to the predictability of cash flow, market liquidity understood as a genuine exit opportunity, market-standard lease structures, asset resilience to rising energy costs, and ESG-related expenditure. The rebound in the investment volume in 2024, reaching app. EUR 5 bln, confirmed that the Polish market is capable of returning to equilibrium relatively quickly, even after periods of significant correction.
