A new Nowa Huta arises

7R Hub Nowa Huta, which is being developed on ul. Igołomska as part of the ‘Kraków – Nowa Huta Przyszłości’ project (‘Kraków Nowa Huta of the Future’), will ultimately contain around 230,000 sqm of logistics, production and technology space. This is intended to be more than a traditional warehouse park, as the developer is positioning the project as a hub for urban logistics, e-commerce, light manufacturing and new technologies. “This will not be an ordinary warehouse development. We want to create a place that offers a complete ecosystem for logistics, manufacturing and technology companies,” declares Andrzej Wroński, the CEO of 7R. As he points out, the project has attracted strong market interest from the outset, with pre-lease agreements for several tens of thousands of square metres signed before construction began.
