New complex joins Sun & Snow Resorts

The project will comprise five buildings, a swimming pool and a small spa. The first apartment building has been completed with all the units already sold. Construction work on the following luxury apartment buildings as well as the hotel section will start in H2 2013. The hotel is to have rooms of over 25 sqm while the luxury apartments are to have areas of 40 sqm or more. The price per sqm is app. PLN 10,000 sqm. The developer of the project is MC Real Property. Sun & Snow is responsible for the sale and lease of the apartment buildings and the hotel rooms.
