Prague's tallest building, City Tower, has modernised its water supply system after nearly 20 years of operation. Two new Wilo pressure boosting stations were installed in the 109m office building, ensuring constant pressure on all 27 floors.

CTP is to develop a 66,000 sqm industrial and logistics park in Pécs in southern Hungary. In the first stage, CTP is to develop a 14,200 sqm BTS building for an existing client.

AvaFin is to occupy the entire 24th floor of the Warsaw Trade Tower building, with a 1,200 sqm office space lease.

Panattoni has handed over the final phase of Panattoni Park Kielce. The complex, situated on the city limits, comprises four modern buildings with a total floor area of approximately 66,000 sqm.

BrandBQ, the owner of the Medicine fashion brand, has leased more than 30,000 sqm at 7R Hub Nowa Huta in Kraków. The lease will be implemented in stages, with the first stage to be handed over to the tenant in November 2027, and the second to be operational by November 2028.

P3 has announced the signing of two leases for space in its P3 Poznań logistics park. Long-standing tenant Colian Logistic has renewed its lease for 4,825 sqm of warehouse space, while Arctos Creme has signed a new agreement for 7,913 sqm.

Construction work has begun on the new Keya retail park on ul. Obwodowa in Giżycko in northeast Poland. The project will comprise over 5,000 sqm anchored by a Biedronka supermarket.

Belgian real estate investor and developer Alides, is planning a new project in Warsaw's Żoliborz district. The planned development will comprise around 10,500 sqm of usable space.

The Galeria Raj retail park is to be expanded by a further 6,000 sqm area and New Modivo Platform stores will occupy nearly 3,000 sqm. Galeria Raj includes stores from various segments such as fashion and home furnishings, as well as services and restaurants. The centre currently has a total gla of 20,400 sqm.
Residential
Olivia Centre has set up a company called Olivia Rent to manage rentals at the new Olivia Pulse apartment building. Scheduled to open around September, the building will comprise over 200 apartments, to give the centre a mixed-use character.

Technology consultancy C&F has signed a long-term lease for nearly 1,900 sqm of office space in the Konstruktorska Business Center. The building, owned by Golden Star Estate is now almost fully leased.

Warsaw-based private equity investment manager Griffin Capital Partners and Berlin-based hospitality operator Primestar Group have launched Prime Griffin Hotels, a 50/50 JV to build a Polish hotel platform.
aHouse Development will deliver a new hotel on ul. Daleka in the centre of Grodzisk Mazowiecki, marking the company’s entry into the hospitality real estate segment.
In 2027, the first Swissôtel hotel in Poland will open in Gdynia. The project, being developed in partnership with Allenort Group, will be part of the Waterhall complex.

The Czech hotel market is building on an exceptionally strong year in 2025, marked by a significant increase in transaction volumes and investor interest. According to Cushman & Wakefield, a total of 16 hotels were sold in the Czech Republic, representing 2,989 rooms and a total transaction volume of EUR 764 mln.
