Chinese giant to take over Starwood's French hotelier

Established in 1976 and bought in 2005 by Starwood Capital Group, Louvre Hotels Group operates seven hotel brands of different standards: Première Classe, Campanile, Kyriad, Tulip Inn, Golden Tulip, Royal Tulip and Concorde Luxury Hotels.
