At this year’s Eurobuild Awards, which were held at the Hilton hotel in Warsaw on December 4th, as usual the winners for the Central and Eastern European market were presented with accolades.
The Investment Transaction of the Year in the CEE region was the sale/purchase of the Rondo 1 office building in Warsaw. The statuette for Best Investment Department of the Year in the CEE region went to JLL, while the Best Warehouse Project of the Year was Goodman’s Wrocław South Logistics Centre, which was built for US internet giant Amazon.
