The statuette for Best Investment Department of the Year in the CEE region went to JLL

At this year’s Eurobuild Awards, which were held at the Hilton hotel in Warsaw on December 4th, as usual the winners for the Central and Eastern European market were presented with accolades.
The Investment Transaction of the Year in the CEE region was the sale/purchase of the Rondo 1 office building in Warsaw. The statuette for Best Investment Department of the Year in the CEE region went to JLL, while the Best Warehouse Project of the Year was Goodman’s Wrocław South Logistics Centre, which was built for US internet giant Amazon. And if we want to spend a wonderful night in a hotel, we can always go to Pabianice and stay in the Fabryka Wełny Hotel & Spa – the Best New Hotel of the Year in Central and Eastern Europe. The region’s Best Office Developer of the Year in Central and Eastern Europe was HB Reavis, while the CEE’s Best Retail Developer of the Year was Atrium European Real Estate. The region’s best Warehouse Developer of the Year was Panattoni Europe. And Central and Eastern Europe’s Most Environmentally-Friendly Developer was judged to be Skanska Commercial Development Europe.
