POLAND Final three days for Eurobuild Awards nominations!

So, this is really the last call for you to submit your candidates – those outstanding projects and trail-blazing companies – for the longest-running and most prestigious real estate market awards in the CEE region… the Eurobuild Awards!

This year (our thirteenth time!), the best in the following categories will be recognised:

• Warehouse Agency Team of the Year, Poland
• Investment Agency Team of the Year, Poland
• Law Firm of the Year, Poland
• Tax & Financial Consultancy of the Year, Poland
• Technical Advisor of the Year, Poland
• Property Management Company of the Year, Poland
• Real Estate Construction Company of the Year, Poland
• Office Building of the Year, CEE
• Retail Development of the Year, CEE
• Warehouse of the Year, CEE
• PRS Leader of the Year, CEE
• ESG Real Estate Leader of the Year, CEE
• Financing Provider of the Year, CEE
• Office Developer of the Year, CEE
• Retail Developer of the Year, CEE
• Warehouse Developer of the Year, CEE
• Investment Deal of the Year, CEE
• Investor of the Year, CEE
• Outstanding Non-Business Achievement of the Year, Poland
• Newcomer of the Year, Poland

To appear on the long list, you only need to fill out a short form! As usual, the final decision on the selection of finalists and winners is to be made by the jury, while the voting system will be supervised by auditors KPMG.

For over a dozen years, the Eurobuild Awards winners have been selected based on clear and transparent criteria by a wide and representative group of the top experts. The Eurobuild Award statuette is not something that can be bought – you really have to work hard to earn one.

September 30th is also the last day you can take part in deciding the results of the competition by submitting your applications to sit on the jury – the final list is to be decided this Saturday!

“It is hardly surprising that the Eurobuild Awards have unofficially become known as ‘THE market awards’ – as the winners are chosen not only by a jury comprising the most distinguished experts operating on the real estate market (on average, about 200 people) but also by the roughly 800 guests at the Gala and the many companies surveyed by Kantar. The ratings and votes are cast anonymously, while the names of the jury members are only made public after the results of the Eurobuild Awards are announced,” explains Tomasz Cudowski, the editor-in-chief of Eurobuild CEE.

The finalists and winners will be announced on November 21st at the Eurobuild Awards Gala, which will be held in the ballroom of the Double Tree by Hilton hotel in Warsaw.
