Eurobuild Awards 2014: the tenants’ vote

It is not only up to the jury to decide who receives the trophies at the Eurobuild Awards. This year there were six categories in which tenants made their own choices of winners. The results were as follows:
The Łużycka Office Park in Gdynia, owned by Allcon Investment, and the Forum 76 Business Centre in Łódź, developed by Virako, were the joint winners of the tenant awards in Office Building of the Year category. The projects were selected from among 51 other buildings. The title of Office Manager of the Year went for the second time to the manager of Cross Point in Łódź – Grzegorz Zawada of Mermaid Properties (a previous winner in 2011).
