POLAND The Czarny Kamień Resort & Spa aparthotel is now being developed in Szklarska Poręba.
The four-star facility will include the renovated late 19th century Villa Sylva. This building will include 52 apartments with areas ranging from 28 sqm to 47 sqm, each turnkey-finished with a kitchenette, furniture, equipment and allocated a parking space.
