Rohde & Schwarz Topex has renewed and expanded its lease in myhive IRIDE in Bucharest, owned by CPI Romania, where the tenant's centre of competence for Voice Communication Systems is based.Under the agreement brokered by real estate consultancy Crosspoint Real Estate, the international associate of Savills in Romania, the tenant has renewed its 8,000 sqm in the building and leased a further 2,000 sqm.

Hotel transactions boom

The Czech hotel market is building on an exceptionally strong year in 2025, marked by a significant increase in transaction volumes and investor interest. According to Cushman & Wakefield, a total of 16 hotels were sold in the Czech Republic, representing 2,989 rooms and a total transaction volume of EUR 764 mln. Based on available data, this represents the highest annual transaction volume ever recorded on the Czech hotel market.

 Occupancy rates increased by around 4 pct in the first six months of the year compared to the same period of 2024, according to a report by Cushman & Wakefield Echinox with the figures based on the STR data.
