POLAND The construction of the eighth building of Dominopark on ul. Obywatelska in Zielona Góra has now been completed.
The newly-finished building contains 69 apartments with areas ranging from 46 sqm to 114 sqm. The flats, depending on the floor space, are priced at between PLN 3,700 per sqm and PLN 3,950 per sqm. Next year two more blocks will be added to the estate. “The completion of the next part of the investment is planned for June 2016, thus completing the estate,” explains Izabela Woźnica-Letka of the Zielona Góra sales office of Ekonbud-Fadom, the developer of the estate.
