POLAND At the Eurobuild Awards on December 3rd, the jury selected the best performers in the real estate and construction sector across Central and Eastern Europe.
In the presence of 900 guests gathered at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in Warsaw, statuettes were presented to Griffin for the indirect takeover of 65.99 pct of Echo Investment’s real estate portfolio. Griffin Real Estate was also recognised as the Investor of the Year. The Investment Agency Team of the Year award went to CBRE, while the statuette for the New Warehouse of the Year category was awarded to Panattoni Amazon BTS Airport Prague.
