POLAND JLL has become the property manager of the Warsaw Spire office complex that is currently being developed by Belgian Ghelamco in Warsaw.
In December JLL took over the management of the B and C buildings, while the building A is to be managed by the company starting from April 2016. The Ghelamco flagship project will feature a 220m tower and two 55m buildings.
