The Eurobuild Awards, which took place last night, are not all decided by the votes of the jury. Five categories are evaluated by the tenants. Here are their verdicts.
The best office building this year as chosen by tenants is Rondo 1 in Warsaw (developer, Hochtief Development Poland; owner, Deutsche Asset Management).
The award for best office manager this year, according to tenants, has been jointly awarded to Magdalena Kuran-Piszczek and Joanna Pergół, both of whom work for JLL. Magdalena heads the management team for Rondo 1, while Joanna is responsible for the management of Zebra Tower and the Lipiński Passage building (both Warsaw)
