POLAND This year the seven people have been nominated as the Personality of the Year in the Eurobuild Awards including Eyal Litwin, the managing director of Adgar Poland. In our interview with him, the creator of the Brain Embassy and Be Yourself talked about what his perfect day would be, his favourite restaurant and what he regards as his greatest achievement. Eyal Litwin, Adgar Poland: Ray Kroc: the founder of Macdonald’s for the way he developed his real estate holding through branches.
How did you first get into real estate?
I was recruited as the group CTO to bring fresh ideas from IT world to our buildings in 2002. Today this is called “PropTech”.
