Eurobuild Awards 2018: the tenants have chosen

The Eurobuild Awards are not just decided by the votes of the jury. The projects of five categories are also decided upon by the votes cast by their tenants. Here is their verdict.
Tryton Business House in Gdańsk (owned by Globalworth) has won the Office of the Year award. The two other runners up were Poleczki Business House in Warsaw (owned by UBM) and the Altus building in Katowice.
The Office Manager of the Year award went to Józef Wojciech Wilczak of EPP who is responsible for the Tryton Business House office building.
The retail tenants surveyed decided to hand the award for Shopping Centre of the Year to Vivo! Piła (which is owned by Immofinanz). The two runner
