Orange sells off Orange RE

POLAND Orange Polska has sold its property management subsidiary Orange Real Estate to General Property for an undisclosed sum.
Following on from this transaction, Orange wants to focus on the company’s core telecom and mobile phone operator business. Orange Real Estate specialises in the technical maintenance of real estate, repairs and the management and administration of real estate. Around 350 people work in the company. Its clients include Orange Retail and Jysk. On the day of the transaction the company will return to its original name of Opco.
