Strabag takes over Porr’s management companies

Property and Facility Management
POLAND/CZECH REPUBLIC Strabag Property and Facility Services has signed an agreement to acquire 100 pct of shares of Warsaw based Porreal Polska and Prague-based Porreal Česko from Porr Group.

The latter is withdrawing from the property and facility management business in these regions. The companies acquired generate annual revenue of app. EUR 6 mln. At Porreal has 83 employees in Poland who are largely responsible for the technical and infrastructural facility management for office properties in Warsaw. In the Czech Republic, most of the revenue is generated with twelve employees in Prague.

“Following the acquisitions of Caverion Polska and of the property management assets of Corpus Sireo Real Estate of Germany, we are now taking another step towards consolidating our market position in our core property and facility services business,” says Thomas Birtel, the CEO of Strabag SE, the parent company of Strabag Property and Facility Services.
