S+B Gruppe buys Prague Panorama

CZECH REPUBLIC Austrian investor and developer S+B Gruppe has acquired the Panorama hotel in Prague 4 from its operator, Corinthia Hotels.
The four-star hotel, close to Pankrác metro station in the city’s CBD, has changed hands for an undisclosed sum. It contains 441 guestrooms, conference facilities, shops, a restaurant, a casino, a swimming pool, a fitness and spa area and parking for 300 vehicles. “It is an absolute honour for us to acquire this striking traditional building, and we will do our best to upgrade the entire area in this prime location and to make this constantly booked-out hotel and its surroun
