XYZ in the mountains

POLAND Złoty Widok is to develop a project comprising 30 hotel standard suites in Szczyrk in the Beskid Śląski mountains of southern Poland.
Apartmenty XYZ is a complex to be delivered in 2022 as part of the Szczyrk Mountain Resort. Construction work will start in the spring. Investors can buy individual suites with the management company taking 50pct of the rental income. Złoty Widok has already developed three smaller projects in Szczyrk with a total of more than 50 units. The concept design is by WXCA and consists of three buildings on ul. Salmopolska – the main street of the town. “Building X will be designed for young, active people and will be open to tourists. Here an apres ski restaurant facing the street will be built as well,” says Marcin Grzybowski, the CEO of Złoty Widok. Building Y will be set back from the street and is intended for young families. The last building will be Z – Zen, with a view of the mountain slopes. It will include a relaxation zone, a sauna and a swimming pool. A basic unit will be around 31-32 sqm and consist of a living room with kitchenette, bathroom,a separate bedroom and a balcony or a terrace. The centre will also include a car park with electric charging stations.
