Robert Dobrzycki: I will never leave Poland

POLAND Robert Dobrzycki, the managing director of Panattoni Europe, was given the honour of closing the 25th Annual Property Market Convention held in the Bristol hotel on 26th November organised by Eurobuild Conferences.
While on stage, he fielded questions from the audience about his business achievements and his personal life. The first question was about Panattoni’s upcoming 15th anniversary, but the company’s boss revealed little other than a gala is planned in September. When asked about the ideal employee he replied that they should be independent, enterprising and open. He expressed his admiration for his competitors saying that despite doing business differently, they could still be successful.
